Sierra Rock Climbing

This one-day course is designed to introduce the basics of movement on rock. Skills covered include hand and foot techniques on various mediums from face to crack climbing. We also learn essential knots and belay skills. The day starts with the basics and each new topic introduced builds on what we have already learned as we spend the day exploring different routes and finish with a rappel!
